Hola! I’m Caroline

I live in Harrogate with my partner and I’m 37 years old.

I work at a health club where part of my job is teaching fitness classes. I have worked in the fitness industry ever since I left university. I love my job and enjoy keeping fit as part of it. I’ve taught classes for about 16 years other than a 2 year break recently but I started again towards the end of 2018

I’m a fairly bubbly person and usually have a smile on my face.

I’m not the most adventurous person however in 2019 I did a sky dive in Dubai over The Palm and climbed Ben Nevis!

I’ve always been fit and healthy. I’ve decided to do this blog to show how even fit and healthy people can go through life-changing experiences.
